Chat with me

Hey there, I’m Carly!

Please note I am currently on maternity leave through June 1, 2026. During this time, I encourage you to connect with Upstate Center for OCD & Anxiety—a practice I founded and direct—where my trusted colleagues are available for support.

I am a clinical therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults living with OCD, anxiety, and complex trauma. I am the Founder and Clinical Director of Upstate Center for OCD & Anxiety LLC, a group collective dedicated to evidence-based, compassionate care.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of mental health settings, which has shaped a strong understanding of what thoughtful, effective care evidenced based care can look like—and how to best support individuals and families seeking help.

In my work, I provide individual therapy, workshops, and restorative practices with the goal of empowering people through education, encouragement, and practical skills they can use in daily life. My current research interest centers on the relationship between hope and a person’s ability to live a full, values-driven life. I am CCATP-certified, with additional specialization in expressive therapy and mindfulness.

While my clinical work in mostly focused at Upstate Center - I created Counseling with Carly as a way to connect, educate, and support others in collaborative and creative ways! Take a look around and reach out if you’d like to learn how to work together.

A Center for Change

Upstate Center for OCD & Anxiety is a specialty group practice I founded and direct, dedicated to providing evidence-based care for OCD and anxiety disorders across the lifespan. Our team blends gold-standard treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with a deeply human, collaborative approach—helping people build meaningful, lasting change while learning to live more freely alongside uncertainty; if you’re interested in working with me or accessing care, visiting the Upstate Center website and submitting an inquiry is the most effective way to connect with the support and resources I offer.

Community | Connection

While social media can never be a replacement for therapy -

it can be a space for community and to feel connected.
