Question, Collaborate, Execute.

  • It all begins idea, question or problem. Groups and individuals that seek my consultation come to me with such inquiries and we build upon that to create something they can take ownership of.

For instance, a common inquiry I support typically starts with a group or individual wishing to understand and create solutions for a problem they’re facing. At this stage my primary role is to investigate in a collaborative manner - understand the variables and function of the dilemma. This work provides me and my collaborators an opportunity to get a ‘3000ft view’ of the obstacles and our goals for the project.

  • This stage of the work is some of my most favorite. Collaborating with my partners in work is all about communication and engagement as we work to build the solutions and products desired.

For me the collaborative process starts with my job of providing a proposal of action. After better understanding the dilemmas and goals, I want those I work with to know the timeline and action goals.

Once the proposed action plan is agreed upon, I go to work curating the programming, content and solutions required for us to meet our goals.

Along the way I implement check-ins where in real time collaboration begins. The goal of this work is to edit, curate and produce something that my partner in this work feels connected too. Working together with strong communication along the way is absolutely necessary for this goal to be achieved.

  • Once the product or solution has be agreeably met, I want to make sure my partners in this work feel confident in executing their materials. No differently then in my therapy work, I view this stage as a space where I become a supporter to the expert. I am here to answer questions, provide feedback as needed and support as my partner takes their work into life.

Some examples of executed projects and partnerships I’ve been apart of:

    • Reviewing and curating clinically sound material for specialized programming.

    • Creating experiential programming for therapeutic programming.

    • Creating training materials for providers to be educated on specific modalities and populations.

    • Creating and presenting wellness and mental health education for community spaces in collaboration with local corporations.
