Virtual Support Groups

There is something profoundly healing about coming together to share our stories. In group spaces, connection replaces shame, confidence grows in place of self-doubt, and isolation gives way to camaraderie. I’ve been leading therapeutic support groups for over a decade and have witnessed how transformative these spaces can be. Each group is built around a focused theme, yet remains open-ended enough for members to help shape the direction of our time together. As your facilitator, I see my role as both a guide and a fellow human—offering structure, encouragement, and clinical insight where needed. Every group is offered at a rate of $15 to ensure care remains accessible and run for 50 minutes. Below you will find the current group offerings and link for sign-up.

If you'd like to join but the rate presents a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at counselingwithcarlysamach@gmail.com —I'd be honored to connect with you.

Creative Exposure

This group invites participants to explore their experiences with anxiety, OCD, relationships, and identity through guided expressive arts. Using prompts rooted in narrative work and visual creation, we’ll tap into the power of creativity as a pathway to insight, connection, and healing. Each session will include time for both artistic expression and group reflection, offering a supportive space to share and process what emerges.
